Participation at ICD 2012 is open to all persons interested in dietetics and nutrition related fields.
To register, please complete the online registration form below.
Registrations will only be processed once payment is received.
Please note that all persons intending to attend the Congress must register. Invited Speakers, Chairpersons, Exhibitors and Sponsors will be provided with specific forms and asked to register.

Registration Fees - Special Consideration
The ICDA Board have determined that dietitians and nutritionists working in a limited number of ICDA member countries will be entitled to a discounted registration rate for the Congress. Members of the following national dietetic associations, who work in one of these countries, will be eligible for the special consideration rates:

3. Hungary
4. India
5. Indonesia
6. Nigeria
7. Pakistan
8. The Philippines
9. Slovenia
The ICDA member associations above have been selected by the ICDA Board, based on a formula of average income in relation to per capita gross domestic product (GDP).
Please note: Registrants of the Special Consideration Rate will have their current area of work and residency checked by their national dietetic association. Any registrant found to be working or residing elsewhere will be required to pay the full registration rate.
Entitlements
The registration fee entitles all delegates to the following:

- Ticket to Welcome Reception on Wednesday 5 September, 5.30pm – 7.00pm
- Ticket to the Aussie Food Festival on Thursday 6 September, 7.00pm – 10.00pm (Registration Category B Only)
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on all Congress days (morning tea only on Saturday 8 September)
- Official Congress Satchel
Student Registration / Special Consideration Registration
- Access to all sessions throughout the Congress
- All official ICD 2012 documentation including program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of delegates
- Ticket to the Aussie Food Festival on Thursday 6 September, 7.00pm – 10.00pm (Registration Category D Only)

Important Registration Information
Credit Card Payment Online
Online registration is preferred. Please visit our secure website www.icd2012.com to register and to book your accommodation in ‘real time’. Please note all online registrations require immediate payment by credit card.
Accepted credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to ‘Conference by arinex’.
Cheque/Money Order Payments
All payments by cheque incur a A$10 processing fee.
Cheque/money order payments will only be accepted up until 11 July 2012. After this date, all registrations and accommodation bookings must be submitted online with credit card details at www.icd2012.com.au or by calling +61 2 9265 0700.
Cheques are to be made payable to ‘arinex on behalf of ICD 2012’. Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque. Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted.
Faxing/Mailing Registrations
Faxed or posted registration forms will only be processed/confirmed if credit card details or cheque payment are accompanied with the form.
• Electronic Funds Transfers (EFT) are not accepted as a form of payment

Acknowledgements
Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form. Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.
Please note, you will not receive any further publications before the Congress. Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Congress. At the Congress you will receive all official ICD 2012 documentation including program booklet, proceedings/abstract book and list of delegates.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the ICD 2012 Congress Managers.
Registration Fees
- Before Wednesday 6 June 2012 will incur an A$150.00 cancellation fee.
- Before Wednesday 25 July 2012 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
- After Wednesday 25 July 2012 there will be no refund.
Accommodation
- A minimum one night's deposit must be paid at time of booking to guarantee reservation.
- One night's deposit is non-refundable at Tuesday 31 July 2012.
Social
- Payments are non-refundable after Wednesday 25 July 2012.
Entrance to the Congress
Each delegate of the Congress will receive a name badge upon registration. The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to social functions. The Congress Managers expect appropriate behaviour from attendees and reserve the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.
Private Touring/Hospitality Arrangements
Should you have any specialised group requirements for private touring, transportation or hospitality services other than those organised for the official program, please contact the Congress Manager who would be pleased to assist with arrangements.
Private Functions
It is requested that you advise the Congress Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Congress Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that at the time you register for the Congress and book your travel you take out an insurance policy of your choice. The policy should include loss of fees/deposit through cancellation of your participation to the Congress, or through cancellation of the Congress, loss of international/domestic air fares through cancellation for any reason, loss of tour monies through cancellation for any reason including airline or related services strikes within Australia, failure to utilise tours or pre booked arrangements due to airline delay, Force Majeure or any other reason, medical expenses (including sickness and accident cover), loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. The Congress Managers cannot take any responsibility for any delegate failing to arrange their own insurance. This insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.
