Oral Presenters
Important: All invited speakers, oral speakers, workshop and symposia speakers who are presenting a talk at ICD 2012 are required to upload their presentation via a USB in the speaker preparation room, well in advance of their presentation commencing (recommend at least 3 hours).
Speaker Preparation Room
The Speaker Preparation Room is located in Bayside 101, on Level 1 of the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre.
Operating Hours:
Tuesday 4 September 2012 2.00pm – 6.00pm
Wednesday 5 September 2012 6.30am – 6.00pm
Thursday 6 September 2012 7.00am – 6.00pm
Friday 7 September 2012 7.00am – 5.30pm
Saturday 8 September 2012 8.00am – 9.30am
Scientific Program

Program Information Desk
The Program Information Desk is located in the Bayside Level 1 foyer of the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre. Please see the Program Information Desk Staff for any enquiries regarding the program.
Program Changes
Any changes to the Program will be displayed on the Program Changes boards, located both next to the Program Information Desk (Bayside Level 1 foyer) and the Registration Desk (Parkside Promenade).
Poster Presentations
Poster Presentations will be displayed in the Congress Exhibition, located in Hall 5 of the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre. Posters will be displayed daily and are grouped according to theme. Poster presenters are reminded to display their poster according to their poster number provided in their registration pack. Please visit the Program Desk if you have any questions. Poster presenters are required to mount and remove their posters as follows:

Important: Poster Presenters may wish to stand near their posters during morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on their allocated day to field questions and discussion.
Please note: The Congress Managers are not responsible for any item, including posters left in the room outside of the allocated hours. Any poster tubes can be stored at the Convention Centre cloakroom on the Bayside Ground Floor. Please ensure to remove your poster by the end of the day otherwise your poster may be discarded.
